soak mung and moth beans in water for 3-4hours theb remove water and tie them in to a cottan clothe and keep it in warm place fir 6-7hour for sprouting,time required for sprouting can be change according to weather
now take sprouts,garlic ginger green chilli coriender leaves togather and grind to a coarse paste
remove this paste in a vessel mix rice flour,salt redchilli powder to it Mix well
take small portion of this mixture make a cavity at the centre put some grated cheese and fold give a desired shape And deep fry in hot oil on low flame till goldn crisp texture
